Ordering & fit
How does Bespique know my measurements?
Today, you enter your measurements yourself in My Measurements — we walk you through each measurement we collect, with diagrams, so you know exactly what your tailor will receive.
🚧 Coming soon — AI-assisted measurement. A couple of phone photos, and our system extracts every measurement your tailor needs. We're actively building this. Manual entry is the way in for now.
What if the fit isn't right when my order arrives?
If a tailored item doesn't fit, message the seller through the order page within the window described in our Refunds & Returns policy. Most sellers offer:
| Remedy | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Alteration | Minor fit issues that can be adjusted |
| Remake | Significant fit issue traceable to the spec |
| Refund | Item is unfit for purpose and a remake isn't viable |
The exact remedy depends on the seller, the issue, and the policy on your specific order page.
How long does an order take?
Most tailored pieces take 2–4 weeks from order to delivery. Each garment is made or finished to your measurements after you order — there's no warehouse of pre-made stock. Lead times are shown on each product page before you check out.
Can I order without measurements?
You can order Bespique Classics in standard sizes. For bespoke and tailored items we strongly recommend adding measurements first — you'll see a prompt on the product page if any are missing.
Sellers
How are sellers vetted?
Every seller goes through a verification step before appearing on the public marketplace. We review:
- Sample work and craftsmanship
- Communication and responsiveness
- Ability to deliver to a measurement spec
Demo accounts and unverified sellers are not shown publicly.

Payments & shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping options and costs depend on the seller and are shown on each product page.
What currencies do you support?
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible. The actual charge is made in the seller's listed currency, and your bank may apply an FX rate on top.
Account
How do I sign up as a customer vs a seller?
On the signup page you'll choose between a customer account and a seller account.
| Account type | What you get |
|---|---|

| Seller | Dashboard to list products, manage orders, receive payouts |
Can I switch between customer and seller?
Customers can apply to become sellers from their account. Sellers cannot self-downgrade — contact support if you need to change your role.
